but it can be seen just how truly that temasek sec invited me to their camp.
of course i accepted it, unlike my own school which doesn't even invited any of the seniors back.
from now i think that jysjab is really hopeless although there are like 4 tics?
i'd always had issue about their training method.
i always advice them to train the newly recruits footdrill 1st before starting on first aid.
but they just won't listen.
now look at jysjab..
the moment i stepped into the cca, all i can see are people with lousy footdrill and discipline.
they can even go to the extend of not calling/respecting you.
come on la, we used our time to come back and i think we'd wasted our time there.
a 15 minutes break, the cadets can come back after 30 minutes.
see how terrible that is?
and after every training day they planned for games.
like what the hell is this?
we only had games once per month back then.
now i just feel that jysjab is just a cca where you can come to play every tuesday and friday.
and what's the matter of only sending 1 cadet to bnco course?
and worse still, why were there no cadets for anco?
to me, OC, this position is only for those capable of going for both bnco and anco and also managed to pass them.
and the basic principle of this position is that he/she must be good in footdrill.
without it, how do you even overcome any basic ceremony?
so i told myself that soon, if they are selecting someone to be the OC, they only had 1 option : that is to choose that cadet lo.

yeah looks like i have to prepare going to temasek soon,
at least their camp IS a training camp, and i foresee a lot of enthusiastic cadets participating.
