FINALLY!! WHOA!!
MY WHOLE BODY IS ACHING RIGHT NOW!
ok right here
i'm gonna say out my true feelings.
today, we, the group instructors, sacrificed our lunch for the cadets.
and we got the feeling that came from the O that that was our fault.
come on
lah, tell us.. is it right for us to buy lunch 1st then the cadets?
if you tell us that the previous line was correct, we, the instructors really would have nothing to say.
ISN'T IT THE SIMPLEST COMMON SENSE TO LET THE CADETS BUY THEIR FOOD 1ST?
lunch break was 12 to 1.30.
and we were only released at 12.15.
12.45 we had to reached school.
i ask you
lah..
WE WALK TO THE
COFFEE SHOPS DOESN'T TAKE ANY TIME?
YOU GAVE US 30 MINUTES. CHAMPION
LEH. YOU THINK WE FLY AH. SO FAR THIS WAS MY 1ST CASE.
at least offer the helpers or the advance to buy for us

if not then we
every time sit at the back of room doing nothing.
DO YOU KNOW THAT THE TIME WASTED CAN BE USED FOR EATING?
like i meant that the helpers and instructors.. BOTH ARE THE SAME -
VOLUNTEERS!!
WHY DO LIKE PEOPLE TREAT US SO DIFFERENTLY?
helpers get to eat the refreshments, and instructors have to suffer due to lack of time for lunch.
I CAN SAY VERY CLEARLY THAT -
I JOINED THIS WHOLE THING WAS JUST FOR THE
UBIN OVERNIGHT CAMP, AS OF COURSE, A HELPER.
i even told chairman that i prefer being a helper.
JUST TELL ME
LAH, WHO'S IN THE WRONG, ME OR YOU?
you gave me the job as an instructor = i had no purpose attending the whole event or so.
i wanted the
ubin overnight camp so much that i wanted to still be able to hide food underground, watching the advance pitching the tents, everything!
and after we sourced and evaluated our opinions, we just thing that they treat us as if we were
volunteers and that's it.
you were the ones who told us that we were like one big family.
now who's talking..
our conversation today just hinted me that we were just strangers to you, and no more.
what '
ahh the instructors and helpers can leave 1st' told me that we were not a family.
so lets be strangers if you really wanted this.
i really always thought that
discipline is not about scolding, but it's about nurturing.
so just let me as least believe my words please.
no wonder my mentor left us this year - he hates it when he had to scold people for nothing.
wondering if now
i'm in a bad mood or not, i just want my readers to know - this is my true feelings about today.
