today pe damm tired-.-
run 2.8km outside school.
timing 18++minutes sia.
i become so lousy liao..

jiayuan what is his timing.he said he got 17++..
this year and last year like difference very much.
maybe it's not becos we rusty liao,

our 'great one' choose the route like very luan.
